


A rich and creamy baked ravioli casserole loaded with layers of cheesy goodness and a savory meat sauce. This dish is perfect for a comforting family dinner!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 (28-oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (25-oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:

• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

• In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat.

• Stir in the spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes. Set aside.

• In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.

• Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
• Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
• Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the ravioli.
• Add the remaining ravioli and cover with the rest of the meat sauce.
• Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.

• Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
• Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

• Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
